Hey guys sorry for not posting a thread I have been slammed at work!
I had a gain at WI but I'm not posting it I think it was due to my tummy issues. YEsterday was the most in control I ahve ever been of my eating. Today I almost slipped up
I had lemonade mix with Aspartame in it and it made me go berzerko
Unable to concentrate wanting crappy food the whole 9 luckily it passed relatively unscathed. and I have activity pts so I should be safe for the day
OH! I found Skinny Cow mini fudge pops soo good and 1 pt per pop

I lost 1.2 at WI so I was happy about that.

Then my computer s--- the bed on Tuesday. I just got a new one tonight. Vista looks pretty nice. I'm upset that the guys at the store didn't tell me that the memory (1GB) was actually in two 512 MB sticks. Because I bought an extra 1GB stick to have 2GB of memory, but there are only 2 ports. So now I have to go sort this out tomorrow... argh!

Work is super SUPER busy for me too Kier. Looks like for once we are in the same boat!

Hey Everybody! Looks like it was a slow week on the thread for everybody. My computer wasn't working either. I was unable to get on the internet until yesterday.

I have been pretty good this week eating wise. I chose not to weigh in until next week because of vacation. I have hopped on the scale and it looks like I am loosing those vacation pounds.
