So luckily I didn't gain any weight this week...phew. But man oh man was I off plan. So as of today, I am back on 100% and by next week I hope to be at 210 so I can get the pedicure I promised myself and have done without until I lost those first 10 pounds!
I pledge to eat right, no soda, no cookies, no junk food and to exercise every day and do my strength training 3 times this week. I want to see results, so I am going to have to work harder. My husband leaves for Iraq in a few weeks and I don't want to totally cringe at the goodbye pictures!
