thank you, one and all. i'm soooo happy to tell you all that i was BAD [foodwise!] today, but it's just one day. i spent it at Sandy Hook, in NJ. for those of you from 'away,' take a look at a map of the NY/NJ area. see that curvy hook just south of Manhattan on the NJ side? that's it! it's a national park, and just lovely.

and for those of you in the know I DID NOT GO TO GUNNISON'S BEACH!!!!

lunch was lovely fish - and a large mojito. dinner was chocolate cake, but just a small piece.
