Whole Foods Lifestyle - Need Help Figuring Meat Calories/fat/Protein etc

I am using *********** to track my food. However they don't have rolled skirt steak in the database. We are having this tonight for dinner. Anyone know the nutritional information? Its 8 oz uncooked.

Never mind....I will use flank steak for my nutrition information. I think they are pretty close.
