Just kinda of curious if anyone out there that is at goal/lifetime has been using core for maintainance and how it's working?
I've been at goal/back at lifetime for a few months now and I'm getting sick of counting points so I figured I'd try Core for Maintainance - I have done core before during my weighloss journey but was looking for some feed back on the whole maintance end of it.
