Did 4.5 slow miles today. Did it in 50:39
Did 30 minutes on stationary bike, 210 abs, walk/jog three miles.
Tennis this afternoon.

Just finished 1/2 hour program on Ellie. Actually did a couple of "sprints"

Did my 4.5 miles with 18 jogs, not sure of time, batteries died in my walkman:rolleyes:
Did 20 minutes on bike, 210 abs, 3 mile run in the rain ( cold, too!). About to go do a heavy lifting session. If I write it first, then I have to do it:lol:

I FEEL GREAT!!
Just finished a half hour on Ellie. Did about 5 sprints with NO puffer!!! I have asthma and have been using the puffer before exercise. Only slight wheezing just now. Only 10 days back exercising and I'm seeing great health benefits.
Also did 40 minutes of walking today.
Hopefully soon I'll add weights!

Just finished a half hour on ellie. No great speeds and no sprints today. :( At least I did it.

Walkd 4.5 miles in 59:30:) No jogging.
Forgot to post yesterday! Did 30 minutes of intervals on stationery bike, 210 abs. Ran 2.5 miles, walked 1.
Thursday: Ran 2.5 miles, walked 1. wimpy, wimpy.

Walked 3.5 miles today
35 minutes of intervals on stationery bike, 240 abs, 40 minutes heavy lifting session. Pouring here, dog won't run with me! Need company to get motivated.
