Question subways sandiwiches

does anyone know the points for the veggie 'patty' sub ? this is different than the veggie delight sandwich - which is just a bunch of vegetables. The subway website doesn't list it.

Thanks!

I've never even noticed they have a veggie 'patty'. I think I'm going to stop there tonight and have salad for dinner. I'll pick up their brochure on nutrition.

most of the subways have the veggie patti, but I don't think it's info is listed in their nutional booklet.

What is different about it? The bread? Subway has their nutrition info online (www.subway.com) and I don't see a Veggie Patty. If it is a 6" sub with just veggies, I would count it as a 6" Veggie Delight.

It's equivalent to a veggie delight w/a veggie pattie on it so I wouldn't count it the same. I add 3 points because boca and other patties can be anywhere from 1-3 points. I just wondered if anyone had the info so that I knew if I were estimating too much or too little.

Ah... didn't know it had a veggie burger on it. That would definitely change the points.

I also usually get the Veggy Patty in subway, because it also taste good to me, though i'm also not sure about how much calorie it has.

Nope. Dotti has the veggi 'delight' - this is the sandwich that has only vegetables. The veggie 'patti' sandwich is different.

I think I found it. on the subway page, there is a listing for the nutritional value of the patti sandwich if you had it w/chesse on wheat bread w/pickes etc. comes to 8 pts. if I deduct the chesse, might be 7. not bad I guess.
