I didn't want the traditional cake with frosting so I made my own "fruit cake." The kids loved it and I served cool whip free as the "ice cream."

I also knew it would be fruit, especially after last weeks salad. Woohoo!!! Yay for fruit and a bigger yay for not feeling the need to "treat" yourself to "real" cake on your birthday. Cause you've actually given yourself the biggest treat of all by NOT eating cake. :)

It looks absolutely DELICIOUS by the way. Much, MUCH better then any sugar and flour and fat laden cake. That's one piece of "cake" I wouldn't mind eating - and often. Happy Birthday again. :hug:
