WW Food and Point Issues - Quick Start

I am a WW member and attend meetings in Cornwall, Ontario. I have heard of Quick Start. Has anyone tried that program and is it in one of the WW books?

I am doing well, joined three weeks ago and have lost 6.5 pounds. 42 to go.

If my memory serves me correctly, Quick Start was one of the options on the plan many, many years ago!! It was a restricted calorie diet that you were given the first week or two.

Actually they had a QUICK START that was exchanges and then with the POINTS they had a menu that was like 18 points a day called QUICK START to be used for like 2 weeks to jumpstart the program.
