Weight Loss Surgery - Activia

Hey,
Have any of you Tried Activia Light? I was thinking of trying it because it has 3 g of fiber and Me and my bottle of colace are too good of friends! Anyway let me know!

I tasted it but wasn't thrilled. Didn't try it long enough to let it "work" lol.
