Good morning ladies and gents. I hope this is the start of another very successful week.

I am down to 141 lbs. That's 2 lbs down from last week. I hope it sticks though. I did NOT have the best of weekends. A good few hundred calories over each day. It usually take 2 - 3 days for my weightlosses/gains to show up on the scale. I will have to be extra vigilent this week to make it stick. No problem - yeah right.

Good luck everyone.

YEAH Robin....6 pound to go, you are smokin'!!! I just found out I won't be home for Friday's weigh in. DH has planned an ATV riding trip for me for my birthday and we leave Wednesday night, and won't be home till late Sunday. The GOOD thing about that is when I weigh in on friday the 29th, I KNOW I will be in ONEderland.:D

Wow Robin you are moving right a long. Good job. I was over a total of 2400 calories Saturday and Sunday. I'm cutting back 600 a day for the next 4 days to see if I can do damage control. I will be back here Friday to let you all know how that worked.

Awesome job, Robin and Fritzy!

I stayed the same as last week....no more gain, so that's a good thing. This week, I will have a loss....and the next week..and the next....etc etc!

I can't believe you're six pounds from goal Robin! That's so freakin' exciting. I wonder and dream and dream and wonder if I'll ever be there. I want to be.

And Fritzy - the two-teens are a bit mental goal for me as well. Over ten years ago I lost from 330 or so down to 220 and when I break that 220 barrier in the future I'll feel like I'm finally breaking truly new ground. So congrats and enjoy them while they're here. The Two-0-somethings aren't so far away!

Just checking in here. Stayed the same this week. I am thinking I since I have upped my cardio ALOT this week without adding some more calories, that my body is hanging on a tad. No worries. We shall see what this week brings. Congrats to all the losers!! :carrot:

I have been totally off-track so far this month. I finally braved the scale this morning and was relieved to see that I was down 1 lb from my last posting here. I am more excited about being back on track and recommitted!!

Have a great week, everyone!

I lost another 2.2 pounds this week! :carrot: I went from 206 to 203.8 pounds and 35.3% to 34.4% body fat this week. I've always been extremely muscular, but they're starting to be more noticeable when they're not flexed. I'm hoping to get to around 15% body fat, which is what I was at when I was body building back in 2001. :D

I am down almost 7 pounds from when I started last week (Alot of water loss I am sure, but it feels good). I am trying for 2 hours a day workout to speed things along - don't usually make it, get too busy, but that is my goal. I also started Fitday and can see more clearly where I am deficient - what a Great tool!! (Need to work on those veggies and fruits!)

Awesome job everyone!
Someday, all of us will be 6 from goal. Thanks to all of our special friends.

I finally lost 2 more pounds.:goodscale Been working on my sugar numbers too. Doing more of a GI diet when the grocery money permits. When his son moves out in two weeks, we can afford it better.

Sent a PM to you, Mrs. Quadcrew.:):comp:

Haven't checked in for awhile, Glad to see Howie again. :cheer:

Have fun getting smaller! :goodluck::ebike:

Well, I don't know what to think so I am asking for your advice.

I weigh in Mondays usually.

Yesterday we went to the gym to swim, so I weighed in before I got in the water. I weighed 327. no loss from last week, but no gain either & I had TOM.

When I got out of the water, for a lark, I weighed in again. 322 pounds. In just a bra & undies, hair a little wet from shower.

Ok, so TODAY at the cardiologist, I stepped on their scale, fully clothed, shoes & everything. It said I weighed 316.5!!!! :faint: What gives?

I am not sure what to put. I just know the scale's going in the right direction? Or perhaps standing still?

I see your confusion! :)

I just ignor all but my scale. It was the one My mom had when I was a teen.
I figured if I weighed 115 in the 10th grade on it, i would know where I was when losing-it is the old cast iron one's of the 50's.

My doc's is so iffy, I don't trust it-a digital.

Which one do you trust the most?

I would sing for you, but I'm afraid that would discourage you from continuing to lose weight - so here's the best I got...

Today is my official weigh-in day. I am stuck on 316.5, just like last week. Ah, well. It's better than a gain, right?

Great job, everyone! Hearing everyone's success is so motivating and reminds me that I can do this!

Congrats to everyone for losing or maintaining, and sticking with it.

I've lost 3.2 pds in the last two weeks.

I'd like to say I deserved to lose 3.2 pounds in the last two weeks, but I didn't I was horrible on what I ate the week before last and I didn't exercise. I had poison ivy between my index and middle finger on my right hand and you guessed it I'm right handed. So I didn't feel like trying to cook or really doing much of anything. I should have hauled my butt to the grocery store and bought some diet meals or something semi-heathy that I didn't have to make just warm up but I didn't.

Oh well it's done now and I am very proud of myself that I got it back track this last week. I'm also really excited because 1.2 pds more I will have lost 100 pds from my highest weight. :carrot:

I'm weighing in late this week because I've been out of town. I did weigh myself Tuesday at my mom's but I couldn't get online to post it. Not that it's very exciting, since I stayed at 178. Oh well...

Next Tuesday REALLY has me worried. I went off plan a bit this week, as I always do at my mom's....Sigh....

Wow Laura! 4 pounds is awesome! :carrot:
LisaMarie ~ you are so close to your goal weight! How exciting! :cp:

As for me, I stayed the same. Which is cool, because I stayed OP all week, but could have exercised more.

314 :( That's up 2 pounds from last week. But I started working out today. Did 40 min. of aerobic-ness, so hopefully the numbers will start going down again!
