I know I need to lose weight in general (but not now, being pregnant). Honestly though, this is becoming more and more about my lack of energy and less and less about numbers whether on a scale, measuring tape, or in my clothing sizes.
What are your energy levels like now? Do you seriously notice a positive difference? How long did it take if you did?
Just curious. Thanks!

yes it is. I don't ever want to feel the way I did before this diet.

4mybabies, you can do this "diet" i hate that term, while pregnant. there is nothing wrong with eating better when you are pregnant. the docs will even support you so long as you aren't neglecting to eat. when i was pregnent for the 2nd time, i ate healthy and exercised and didn't gain much until the last months of my pregnancy yet still gained a healthy 25-30 lbs. and it made everything so much easier! so don't wait!!
as for energy, it comes and goes for me. i have been on the plan for 2 weeks with a cheating weekend and i think it's more the cheating that made me tired than the diet. i feel much better today now that i am back on plan.
