Default For those using Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs

I saw the HHA on tv and i'm sure i can learn the moves they show on tv but does it get much more complicated than that? I'd also like to know if it's hard to do the work on carpet because that's all i have in my house.

I don't have the Hip Hop Abs but I love my Turbojam. It's no problem on carpet. It took me a few days to get the moves down but I still got a great workout.Hope this helps. keep on movin'

The moves are not very complicated, although they are very effective. And yes, having carpet is just fine.

HHA is not that complicated. It's easy to pick it up. I actually wish it was a little more complex. You can definately do it on carpet. I do it in bare feet so that I can do some of the turns better. I prefer to dance in bare feet anyways, but I know it helps on carpet to not have shoes on.

I've never done Turbo Jam. So I don't know about that.

Hope that helps.
