Jambalaya

Ingredients:

1 pound turkey sausage
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/3 cup salsa
1 cup Minute Rice
1 can fat-free, low sodium beef broth
1 medium onion thinly sliced

Preparation:

Sauté sausage, garlic, onion until browned.
Add salsa and broth. Bring to boil.
Add rice and cover. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes or until rice is done.

Makes: 6 servings
Serving size: 1/6 recipe
