Default Help me I need a challenge

Can someone please help me I could do with someone setting me a little mini challenge just for a week, something to do with mmy eating, drinking or exercise lol. As I put 2.5lb on this week and I need to get it back off

why not 30 mins a day exercise (ie 350 mins for the week)?

Yeah, exercise is a good one.
I've been quite good food-wise - but really need to move more! I'd definitely be up for a 30 min a day challenge

I'll be up for that I think too, I just need stuff that realistically I can stick to lol, I want to get this 2.5lb back off next week, thats the most ave ever put on in a week

Hi Fee, sorry about you're weight gain i'm the same i put 1/2 a pound on this week and im really disheartened about it but we can do it we will be slim we will!!!!

didnt you mention you had a ww dvd? coudlnt you aim to do it every day, or maybe every other day? or if you drive to work you could park a bit further away or soemthing like that

I'll start the ww dvd on Monday, I was nightshift last night and tonight so most of today and tomorrow will be taken up with sleeping.
