Can someone please help me I could do with someone setting me a little mini challenge just for a week, something to do with mmy eating, drinking or exercise lol. As I put 2.5lb on this week and I need to get it back off

Hi Fee, sorry about you're weight gain i'm the same i put 1/2 a pound on this week and im really disheartened about it but we can do it we will be slim we will!!!!
didnt you mention you had a ww dvd? coudlnt you aim to do it every day, or maybe every other day? or if you drive to work you could park a bit further away or soemthing like that
