Help! My leg muscles are REALLY tight. I struggle to do quad stretches lying down (and have just got to the point that I can do them standing up) and its quite painful when I exercise. I do pilates and generally stretch, but can anyone else help out with some other advice to loosen them up?
Other than frequent sessions of gentle stretching, not really. I stretch for 20-25 minutes a day, and do certain stretches a couple of times a day. My trainer stretches certain areas 3-4 times a day.
