Default Canned soup... What's the best???

I have really been watching my diet. I seem to mess up at lunch time. If I eat soup I do fine.
What is the best soup out there , besides of course chicken noodle and vegetable. Cambells brand of course. I bought a can of chicken and vegetales from Aldi's but when I got home I noticed there was nearly 1000 mg of sodium in the can per a 1 cup serving
Now keep in mind.. I am looking for something low in fat and somewhat sodium too. I do not like any Clam Chowder.
thanks so much for all your help.

No good on canned soup - but try this... it takes about 5 minutes to prepare!
Make up a stock using boiling water and a stock cube or some fresh stock...
Add baby vegetables of your choice, plus any seasonings (I use fresh ground black pepper and a good dollop of whole-grain mustard)... boil for about 3-4 mins... switch heat off... leave to cool a bit and serve... YUM!
To thicken it up, add:
red lentils (takes another 30 mins to cook)... or
diced potato (takes another 6-7 mins)

To snaz it up: Sprinkle with fresh herbs (parsley and basil are best)

Play around with this and add what you like - chunks of cooked chicken, beans, etc etc

Lo cal, and only contains as much salt as you add yourself.

Have fun
