I try to swim laps whenever its nice out, and a couple times a week my family will go on walks after dinner. I deffinitally dont sit on my butt all day, but I would exactly call myself very active. In highschool it was so easy for me because I was on a couple varsity teams but since college its been a lot harder. Im working on it haha.
I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, and protein. I make sure I eat a cup of fruit a day, I usually get my vegetables in at dinner, and I usually have protein for both lunch and dinner (I'm big on fish and chicken). The only thing I am unsure about is the whole grains. Every morning I have been eating the alternative western bagels :

I'm assuming those aren't whole grains, it would be too good to be true haha. If its not, do you have any reccomendations for getting in my whole grains, preferably at breakfast? Thanks!
