has anyone heard of Instone pudding?
it has 100 calories, 20 grams of protein(from soy and casein) 3 grams of carbs and 2 grams of fat...
so it's FOOD!!! it can replace a protein serving.....
they come in banana. vanilla and chocolate....the banana and chocolate are the best I think....
I have them with a little dollop of cool whip free...NO GUILT!!
