Default Everyone weigh in 06/08/07

It's time for the weekly general 3FC weigh in thread. All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Me: 177.5, down 1.5 pounds from last week. Ok, but I was hoping to get back to my weight of two weeks ago. I suppose I should be happy I didn't gain or stay the same. I'm going to try to focus on my weekend eating. Drink lots of tea instead of doing mindless munching!

179.5! Down 2.5 from last week, that was a nice surprise

I had to edit this because I woke up this morning with an even nicer surprise.... 1.5 lbs randomly dropped overnight?? Oh well, I will take it! I feel like something may have clicked in my body this week because this is the most weight I've dropped since I began and water weight was dropping off...

Anyway, I'm 178 now!

Up 3/4 of a lb.
But the way I've been eating this week, I deserve it and I'm surprised its not more..I had refined sugar a couple times and that gave me the nibbles all week.

So, goal for this week:
1.5L water a day minimum and
NO REFINED SUGAR!! Let's tame that beast once again!!

175. Gained nothing, lost nothing... I think I'm going to just have to try harder. My weight is VERY stubborn.

It's hard to see everyone's losses when mine has stayed the same for 3 weeks!
Yup, still stuck at 201

175.6...I've been "practicing maintenance." Actually, I've just been spending the last four weeks being lazy and cooking up all those delightful treats I didn't have time for over last semester. (Well, okay, I did try exercise right after graduation, and I learned an important lesson about diving headfirst into sprinting when my back had been sending me very clear signals for the past two weeks that it was looking for any excuse to seize up and send me into a world of pain. Fortunately now I have a supply of vicodin and muscle relaxers for the next time that happens.)

But four weeks has been long enough...it's time to get back on track. I bought a treadmill yesterday (and hauled it up two flights of stairs with the help of a Burly Male...we are SO AWESOME, but I am incredibly sore now) and that treadmill and I are already becoming great friends. My fridge is again stocked with cottage cheese, baby carrots, and other sensible snacks. I've started lifting again (although I think after hauling that treadmill up the stairs I'm giving my poor legs a couple days rest before my thighs fall off or something). I'm well-rested, I don't have school or work commitments until late August...in short, there's nothing to stop me now. Goal, here I come!

I'm back to 169 this morning, up two pounds more from last week, for a total 4
pound gain

I am still having a lot of trouble with night time eating.

I am going try working on that this week.

Thanks JayEll. I really don't know why I am dropping 2 pounds a week. I am praying that it is fat and not muscle because I actually took a week and a half off from excerising. But I started back wednesday and will be going again tonight, and next week i plan to go to all 3 of my ultra do-all classes and two mornings a week, i am going to weight lift and walk on a treadmill before i go to work. I want to make sure as the pounds are dropping, that so are the inches. I am starting a new 6 week challenge for myself. To excersize 5 days a week for 6 weeks and then see how many inches I have lost.

I've been having a steady gain lately and am trying to first get back to ticker weight and then to goal. I hope to be at goal by August. Today I weighed in at 143.

This morning I weighed in at 163. Yay!!! A 2 lb drop in two weeks and 1 lb since last week!!!

I don't remember whose post it was, but I know how you feel looking at everyone's losses and not losing...I felt that way too. That's when I revved up my exercise and dropped the useless cals. I'm dropping, but the inches aren't...hmmm...might have to wait til after TOM.
