Questions about maintaining on the Beach
I am NOT there yet, but I am a planner so I'm curious how this is going to go.
From what I remember from reading the book (returned it to the library), after Phase 1 you gradually reintroduce what was restricted in Phase 1, paying attention to how what you're eating affects cravings, right? So, if you start getting cravings again do you have to go back on the Phase 1 plan for two more weeks to re-detox?
And then when you exit Phase 2 when you've reached your goal weight and enter Phase 3, do you follow the same plan of reintroducing things that were not allowed while on Phase 2, doing it slowly?
And if you cheat, like in my sister's wedding scenario, do you have to go back on Phase 1 to re-detox? Or can you jump back in where you were before you cheated?
