Default Let's track 4 June 2007

Welcome to let's track 4. This has been a great thread for me over the past year and a half or so. Drop by daily and basically do your food journal here. It works in a couple of ways.....

1- be accountable for what you eat.
2- give and get food/meal/snack ideas.
3- support and be supported by other "losers."

Here's my day so far.......

Woke up and went for a 10 mile bike ride. This has been great but I think it is time to pick up the pace. It is more of a liesurely ride these days. Burned about 250 calories.

breakfast
steel cut oatmeal with 1TBS brown sugar 3pts

will check in later.

Good job Lynn. Sometimes being a creature of habit is the best way to be. I on the other hand did a bad bad thing!! I ate a scoop of icecream with hershy sauce and a hand full of peanuts on it!!! UGH!!! WTH was I thinking??? Well, I have been starving today and have been cleaning my house. Have not sat down once today other than the 30 minutes we were at swim lessons. Anyway, I go weigh in again in about an hour. Have to see how much more I gained. I will get through this. I have before.

Hi there ladies. Ok. So I have not been tracking but have not done too too bad. I should be at a maintain if I had to guess. DH has been out of town and I have been getting ready for our vacation and finishing up swim lessons with my two kiddos. Anyway, I don't see myself posting here again until I return from vacation. That won't be until father's day. PLEASE be here when I get back. I will need you!!! I go tomorrow for a follow up apt. re: my possible auto immune disorder. Lynn, you may recall a mention of it. I will update you all when I return. Just hope for good news for me. Until then, happy weight loss!! Take care. --Amy

I just found this thread. I was wondering if you are going to meetings or doing WW at home. I have to do something and I was trying to decide which would be better for me.

I have done Jenny Craig in the past. I need a little more flexibility in the summer when we are gone so much on the weekends.

Welcome Lori,
I go to ww.Well I did before my injury and then avoiding it because I gained weight....I am also online with ww.I can enter my foods and it tracks for me.The main reason I go to meetings is the support from other people. It has been almost 3 years so I know everyone. If you are travelling there are meetings everywhere and you can look that up online. For me the meetings are my source of accountability.
