Give yourselves a high five! It's week six and we've made it to the half way point of our twelve week journey!
I just looked at the charts prior to posting this, and as of this point, both teams are doing so well! They are only seperated by a half of pound in total weight loss!
I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for participating and making it this far in the challenge. Melissa and I have lead to the half way point... time to push it to the finish line!
We came back with a vengence this week and gave that Memorial Day weight gain a big 1...2... Punch!
This week let's focus on moving more but being cautious when we are outside. Remember to take water with you even though it gets kind of heavy and annoying. I don't want to drive by your neighborhood and find you on the sidewalk melting in the sun!
To us for losing 113.8 pounds by the half way point!

Can't believe we're already half way there - I need to kick into high gear - I think I'm four pounds heavier than where I wanted to be at this point. I've still lost, mind you, so it's still a good thing, I just wanted to lose more (gah, that's what I get for going to visit familiy for TWO weeks!).
