This was day 1...
1200 calories. OmG! I didn't think it was possible. I felt full almost the entire day, although I did kind of over-do lunch (but it was too many veggies that killed me not junk). I also did 30 mins of walking thanks to my DVD and 10 mins of stretching. No cravings like I thought I would have because I really didn't feel like I was limiting myself like other diets.
I did get a bit tired around 3pm, but I just gave myself a project to do instead of laying down and I made it through.
Now if someone can just tell me the dilly on Crystal Light so I don't keep making a mistake if it's not allowed. I will make iced tea if it's not. And can I use Splenda to sweeten said iced tea?
I don't have a scale at home, but I measured myself in many different spots today and cannot wait until next week to do a comparison!
