Fat Smash Diet - Can I substitue shrimp

for the other meats that he gives as an option in phase 1 and 2? I eat red meat or chicken,but eat shrimp sometimes and am wondering if I can have that instead.

I wouldn't see why not...but I'm not an expert...

I wouldn't see why not for either. Shrimp, crab, and lobster are all relatively low in fat and relatively high in protein. :)
