Default Alcoholic Beverage's

Im going to attened a cookout, where theres going to be some alcohol, and I have no clue what to drink. I know drinking isnt good for weight loss, but Im trying to plan it into my calorie range for the day, so I dont have to go over but I can still eat. So is Diet soda/vodka or diet soda/bacardi,is that the best thing I can get? I like simple drinks. Or should I just stick to my 96c miller lite?

Seems like a good option, just don't over drink because they do add up!

Stay away from the fully mixed drinks and margaritas.

I think clear spirits and diet mixers will be your safest bet.
Have fun at the cookout!

I'll normally mix rum or wiskey with diet coke (or pepsi) which is around 70 calories if you use 1 oz.

Also you can mix vodka or gin (which are each 70 calories an oz) with either diet cranaberry juice, diet tonic, or soda water.

I'm also a big fan of bud select which is 97 calories per 12 oz
