Lily's Exercise Log for June 2007

1. mall walking 1 hr.
2. gardening 1.5 hrs.
3. 5 hrs. pulling up potatoes, planting pumpkins and tree trimming
4. so sore from yesterdays work I couldn't hardly move. OUCH
5. gardening (hoeing) 1.5 hrs. , treadmill 1 mile
6. gardening 30 mins
7. gardening 30 mins'
8. gardening 1 hr.
9. mowing, weeding, cleaning up brush piles and burning them, 3.5 hrs.
10. walked 1 mile outside, push mowed back yard 1 hr., watered garden and all flowers and hedges.
11. 5 hrs. hard physical yard work, digging trench and clearing weeds,pouring concrete
12. 6 hrs. hard physical yard work, digging trench and clearing weeds
13. 3 hrs. yard work
