Thought I'd start a new thread as it's the first of the month.

New month, new aims, school's out, kids are home.

Kimush how did your weigh in go? I was down a pound surprised the out of me.

I'm off for my glaucoma check today, always gives me a headache. Then I promised my youngest we would go to the pool. I will watch from the side as the water is still a bit cool for me. I need tog get one of those cover ups Oprah had on her show the other day from Old Navy. I hate wearing a swimsuit.

I saw Kimush's weigh in results on the other thread. Good job on the loss!
I've been kind of sick this week. I think it must be some kind of flu. I'm getting better, but still feel a little weak. I don't care, though, I'm going to the baseball games today. Championship games won't wait for me!
It was the weirdest thing, though. I had bedspins like you wouldn't believe. I mean, I remember bed spins from years ago, but I had to drink quite a bit to get to that point! Drinking definitely did not bring this on! This was just too strange. I still feel a little dizzy at night when I lay down, but it is much better.
Poor me!

Well I got a cover up not the one on the show but it will do. Now I'm all set for the pool.

I'm here! We just had a pretty full day yesterday. No time for computer!
I woke too early today but I'm enjoying the cool quiet and catching up.

Other than the usual kinds of bed spins I've also had them from heat/dehydration or really really tired from working night shift. Any of those fit?
BTW ... dizziness is a pretty good reason to check with your doc.

I'm getting better now. I just wonder if it is from stress. Work has been just awful lately and home life, while being really fun, has been on hyperactive mode. Not really relaxing right now. Those kids!!! They are out of school and have 100 things going on. Fun, but busy.

Clydegirl, I'm wondering the same thing. When I first started posting here, there were many others. Was it something I said? ha! Maybe everyone is busy, too!
