40 minutes of intervals of stationary bike, 200 abs. 3 mile jog/walk. Tennis this afternoon.

Walked 4.5 miles today:) Nothing fast, too windy, but at least I went.

half hour of elliptical--speed is getting better!
Wednesday: Forced myself to do 30 minutes on stationary bike, 180 abs, 1 mile run, 2 mile walk.
Felt exhausted! must still be sick.
Thursday: 40 minutes of intervals on bike, 210 abs, 3 mile walk, tennis this afternoon after work. Today will test if I'm better or not!

Did my 4.5 miles in 49:50, no great times-got rained on to boot!:)
Short lifting session, 20 minutes stationary bike, 180 abs, 3 mile walk/run.

40 minutes walking; 30 minutes on elliptical. I can really see a difference in the speed from a week ago. I'm almost back to where I was a couple of months ago.

Half hour on "Ellie"--new program went up to resistance # 9:eek: :dizzy: But I did it!

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles:D
40 minutes of hard intervals on stationary bike, 201 abs, 40 minutes of heavy lifting. Done! no walk, poor dog:(

Did 30 minutes on Ellie. Went back to old program--speed still increasing.
