OK, the end of May is here, did you meet your goals for the end of may? What are your goals for the month of june?
My end-of-may goal was to make it down to ONEderland, and as you can see by my ticker I didn't make it, but I came oh-so-close!! I lost 9 lbs. this month so I'm very happy with that! A general goal I have for june is to simply work out more, I've really been having a hard time with that! My weight goal is to make it down to 195 by the end of june. Wish me luck!!
I sadly did not reach any goals in May . But am excited to do well in June!!! I too want to increase my exercising and am hoping to do some more biking when the weather cooperates. Other than that, I"m trying to cut out sugar and a few more carbs out of my diet.... see where that gets me
I met my exercise goals overall, although I didn't get as much time in on the elliptical as I wanted, what with my second job and lack of time now. I'm on stabilization now, so my goal will be to stay under 130 during June.
I did bad last month so lets try again:
* Plan
* Restart the C25K
* No Binging (I'm only taking 1 class and not working so I'm at home a lot and have a lot of opportunities too)
* Take the stairs at school

So on June 1st I'm going to weigh-in (first time since January) and get my "official measurements"... So I'll go from there.
But health wise my goals are:
- Eat lots of vegetables (and fruit as all the local fresh stuff will start coming out)
- Get exercising everyday and get in some weight training.
- Just live and have fun, and stop using "i'm fat" as an excuse not to do anything. :P
I've already met my summer goal ahead of schedule by Mem. day weekend, but if I can get halfway to my lifetime/maintenance goal by end of June (140, so a 4-5 pound loss this month) I'd be ecstatic -- currently I have myself set on getting to maintenance by end of '07.

My goals for June are:
-Eat more of a variety of veggies
-Go on 2 hikes
-Stick to my exercise goals
-Stay on track on the weekends
-Continue to track everything I eat in Daily Plate
My goal for May was to just loose. I lost, but have gained it all back. Oh well, guess I will try harder for June. My dream goal for June would be 25 lbs, but HA! thats not too feasible. I am shooting for 10lbs.
