Default Lists of acceptable foods???

Does anyone have a list of what foods are OK to be eating?
I'd prefer organic, since I don't like eating things I cannot pronounce.

Any leads on where I can find such a list would be helpful. Tanks

Hi,

You can start at the top of the forum at the Sticky titled. What are Whole Foods? You are going to find many different responses to your question on what is considered a whole food and what isn't.

Start with fresh fruits, fresh veggies, lean meats, whole grains, good fats, low fat dairy.. and go from there!

I was kinda hoping to find a list of specific meals that contains helping amounts of specific types of things to eat that would be considered good for you.

I guess I'll have to go out and buy a diet plan somewhere.
Any suggestions on where to get something like this?

World's Healthiest Foods is available as a book and as a website.

Try this for a clickable list of whole foods: http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php

And this is a 7 day menu using whole foods: http://whfoods.org/new7day.php

I don't think it's necessary to purchase anything. There's a wealth of information on the internet about this stuff. I also like the MediterrAsian web site: http://www.mediterrasian.com/

I just googled "whole-foods menu" and came up with first, this site and second, this web site: http://www.locateadoc.com/articles.cfm/search/105
