LA Weight Loss - Well, I made it though day 1 & 2!!!

and lost 2 lbs! today is my first official weigh in. To answer some questions from last week - yes I do have a pug named Asia - she is a rescue and we just love her! I tried to get her picture in profile but it does not seem to work for me. My "real" name is Amy - thanks for all your encouragement!!

The picture is probably too big.. See if you can reduce the pixel size...

Great job on the WI... Two to 2.5 lbs a week is the average and considered healthy...

Great job!! Im on day 2 and doin good. My pug is 5 and named Buddy. Love him to death!!!!!! Lets hope that when we keep weighing in the pounds keep disappearing. My name by the way is "Terri"

My Puggies are General Tao, Ling Ling, and Princess Fiona. (Fiona is the blackie, the other two are fawn.) and they are my loves!
