Quick Apple Dumplings
Ingredients
1 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp Splenda
2 large apples, peeled and cored
1 8oz can reduced fat crescent rolls
4 Tbsp light butter, melted
1 12oz can Diet Mountain Dew
Preparation
Mix Splenda and cinnamon in a bowl. Slice apples into 8 pieces each. Roll apples slices in the sugar mix. Roll 2 slices of apple in each crescent roll. Melt butter; mix with remaining sugar and cinnamon, pour mixture over dumplings. Pour 1 can of Diet Mountain Dew over the dumplings.
Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm.
