Spicy Chicken and Rice

2 1/4 cups sliced cooked skinless chicken
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.)can condensed fat free reduced sodium cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
Chili powder to taste
1 (10 oz.) can no added salt chopped tomatoes & green chilies

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a cooking spray coated 3-qt. baking dish.
Cook covered in a preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.

Makes: 6 servings
Serving size: 1/6th recipe
