LA Weight Loss - Italian Chicken & Tomato Pasta Toss

Ingredients:

2 cups medium curly egg noodles, uncooked
1 tsp. olive oil
3/4 or 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 in pieces, size according to plan
2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fat free balsamic vinaigrette dressing
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup grated parmesan Cheese

Preparation:

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Meanwhile heat oil in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, dressing and garlic. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until heated through. Drain pasta. Toss with the chicken mixture and basil; sprinkle with cheese

Makes: 4 servings
Serving size: about 11/2 cups
