Since you can on the 12 days between TO's follow your normal plan(im gold) can I still substitute a glass of wine for a fruit or is alcohol a no-no? And also the new lean cuisine panini sandwiches are not listed in bookllet i'm supposing since they are so new, you think i can have one and count as protein/starch?

There are a few paninis listed in the booklet, actually...the steak and cheddar one is in there, as is the southwestern chicken and the chicken/spinach/mushroom one. Not the club, though, which makes me sad. But yep, 1P and 1S it is! :woohoo:

3 oz of red or white wine = 1 fruit and you can have this up to 3 times per week. I say go for it!
