South Beach Diet - Still Going Down-Down-Down

Will we are almost home...trying to get that way..Stopped off at the mother-in-law house, for ONE night, but guess what...will be here probally till Friday. However stepped on the scales this morning and I am down ....down...down. Scales said 190...YIPEE...Me.....I am trying to get caught up on everybodies coming and goings and weight losses,

I did go and get my first reward today, had my hair trimmed and highlighted, better start thinking on that second reward...
