So... I know you're not supposed to have much sodium in a day (~2400 mg, is that right?). I know that too much sodium can lead to increased blood pressure. But WHAT ELSE? What are the health risks associated with too much sodium?
I'm just wondering because my blood pressure is very good (112/65) and if there aren't other health risks associated with too much sodium intake, I don't want to stress over how much I get in a day - I have a hard enough time watching my good carbs and fats and portions!
Any input is greatly appreciated!
