Thanks...I had worked my way up from 3 miles to 5 miles to 8 miles and then last weekend I walked 10. So 13 wasn't that much of a stretch, but it had been almost a week and I probably only walked about 2 times this week and about 2 - 3 miles only per time. So my body wasn't used to the prolonged walking. I walk about 3.5 to 4.0 miles an hour. Which I didn't think I could do without running, but I learned otherwise. I can jam!
I want to be able to do a full marathon by fall. We'll see though.
