Default "groundhog Day"?

Past 2 months plus...despite all my effort and hard work...living the same eating atomaton day over and over again...tired of even the "compulsive overeater" term. Actually I think I'm a founding member of the eating-food/schizo-loony club....for overeating makes abba-so-looootly no sense.

Actually, I think overeating makes lots of sense. It's a way to anesthetize ourselves, to focus on food and physical sensations instead of emotional problems, to attempt to fill an emotional void... there are countless reasons for why we eat too much. Of course, just because it's logical doesn't mean it's smart!

I really like your username, by the way.
