I'm working hard to get these pounds off. I"m trying to walk at least 4 miles a day, I'd rather 5 but it's hard trying to walk that much with a kid of my own and the one we babysit. Much easier when DH is home cause then he can play with DS on the playground while I walk around the track. I could stand to make better choices about food but overall I am feeling good, not hungry all the time or anything. The house is suffering a bit from me not being in it to clean but I figure that's a small price to pay for better health.
