My #1 favorite thing about losing weight is how WONDERFUL I feel about myself. I really feel (finally) like I'm doing something great for myself, and that coupled with exercise has lifted my depression like no medication ever did.

I haven't really lost that much but I have went down one dress size and that feels really good for me. I was at weight watcher tonight and one of the members has now lost 99.5lb she showed us her before pic WOW you wouldnt even think it was the same person. I really can't imagine at this stage being at my target weight as I have that long to go.

Running fast. It's fantastic to be able to do it, and I love it! I'm not that bothered by how my body looks, but what it does blows me away.

The best thing for me is definitely having more energy. I don't know if the energy comes from the weight loss or the different kinds of food I eat nowadays - maybe a combination of the two - but a couple of years ago there is no way I could ever have walked my dogs for a couple of hours followed by another couple of hours of digging up a new vegetable bed in the allotment - then come home and do some housework!

MY favorite is people at work who are on another team coming up and telling me they noticed how good I look. It's strange because they don't know me, but I think those are the nicest compliments because this person really has no reason to approach me and say this, but they do. I even had one person say "I hope you don't mind me asking this, but I've noticed you're looking great, how did you lose the weight." My answer started with "I definitely don't mind you asking..."

Mine is also more energy. It almost amazes me how much more energetic I feel now. Instead of fighting my body to keep going like I used to have to do, I feel like I'm almost always raring to go. Now I look for opportunities to move more, lift things, be active. I feel so much more alive than in the past.

The best coment that I have had ,came from my hubby. when he said, "You are feeling and looking so great, I almost feel like I am being unfaithful."
no wonder I love this man, things like that just come from him out of the blue.
