Default Hello! First post

I am so happy to find this site!

The weight tracker is cool and I love the visual it provides.

I started one month ago and I am counting WW points on my own. I wear a beaded bracelet and count the points off that way, it's a great help.

My biggest temptation would be sugar. I am trying to give up Diet Coke and drink water.

It's nice to meet you all!

Welcome, Cobalt! This is a wonderful place for support, advice and information, I think you'll like it here!

Congratulations on your 17 lb loss so far, that's already 1/6 of what you plan to lose. The beaded bracelet for counting WW points is a great idea, and obviously it works!

Looking forward to getting to know you, just keep on posting!

Welcome to 3FC. You have just found a phenomenal place for advice, support and encouragement. You are certainly off to a great start. I like the bracelet idea - alot.

As far as the sugar goes, oddly enough, or maybe not so oddly, once I totally and completely gave up the sugar, after a few weeks I no longer craved it. Who knew? I have found water to be a big boon to my weightloss. Although I do drink an occasional diet Coke every now and then, with no ill affects.

Good luck on your journey. Glad to have you on board.

Thank you all so much!!!

I am afraid to log on at work, they'll block it if they see it too many times so will have to log in at night.

Home for lunch, time to go back to work!
