Strange problem - bloating?
Well usually I don't eat at all or I graze during the day (bad habits, I know I know, I am working on it!), have a healthy meal and then one or two snacks throughout the evening.
But lately, although I get a bit hungry during the day, when I DO eat something, I feel overly full - even if I only eat a small portion of something!
For example, today I ate nothing until dinner when I had two beef shish kebabs with a salad and a yoghurt/muesli pot afterwards. I was full until a little while ago when I ate a banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter, but now, my stomach is actually hurting from it!
Can anyone explain why this is happening/what it is?
