LA Weight Loss - Calories

Does anyone know the # of calories approx. are in each plan? Has anyone spent the time to figure that out?

I was on this diet a few years ago(starting it again now) and started out on the blue plan. For that plan I calcuted the calories to be about 1400 a day. (I could be wrong, just my own calculations from a calorie book I had back then and online calorie counters).

Purple ranges between 1400 and 1600 or so a day, I think.
