Did my 4.5 miles in 46:37, my NEW SECOND BEST TIME! Just 14 seconds over my best time of yesterday:spin:
Did 40 minutes of intervals on stationary bike, 200 abs.
Ran 3.5 miles.

Did my 4.5 miles with 18 jogs in 53:40:)
Did a light lifting session and walked 2.5 miles.

Wednesday- forgot to post- 2 mile run with fall, 40 minutes on stationary bike, 200 abs, 1 mile walk.
Thursday- 35 minutes on stationary bike, 200 abs, 3 mile walk/jog, tennis this afternoon.

walked 4 miles, 1 hour lifting session plus 200 abs, 20 minutes stationary bike.
