Here it is, the event of the week, the official 3FC weigh in thread! Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day is. Good luck, all!
Me: 178.5, same as last week. Well, better than having another gain, but I really was expecting a loss this week. I am getting so very tired of flirting with the 180's. I knew my weight loss would slow as I approached goal, but I didn't expect this degree of a stall out. This coming week I'm going to sharply monitor calories, make a commitment to stick to a lower calorie plan. I know I can bust through this!

I didn't report in last week but as of today have lost 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks. I'll take it!:dizzy:

175.4, although this may be an artificially low number due to dehydration and sleeping late. My last final was yesterday, so I celebrated a bit. :D

down 2 lbs. thank god! I had been stuck at 209 for a week and a half and I was getting a bit frustrated, so glad to see 207 yesterday and today!

Thanks, Twistedhoneydew. I do get discouraged from time to time, but I simply have no desire at all to give up. That possiblity just isn't on the radar any more. And I feel sooooooooo much better than I used to. Even if I never, ever lose another pound (and I know I will), this will still all be worth it.

145 - Same as last week. I was going to move my ticker since I have been the same for 2 weeks in a row but I decided to give it one more week. If I don't get the number down next week, I will move it.

Down 3.5lbs from last week! It was a great week. I contribute it to drinking mucho water as that's the only change I made, and I'd been steadily losing at 2lbs a week or so. Whoohoo!
So, 270. Dang I hate typing that.

Down from a high of 143.5 on Sunday, but not as low as yesterday (139.5) but I'll take it. It's been a stressful week and I haven't had much of an appetite. I don't imagine the majority of the stress will be gone until the end of the month. I'm really, really looking forward to Memorial Day--it will be a day of total relaxation!!

173! I feel like I was stuck at 176 forever, then boom, over night three pounds were gone. The biggest change was starting to use The Daily Plate. I think I may be in love with that site.
Half way there! 28 lbs to go!

I am 167, so up a pound. The number last week was due to water loss.
I am very happy I didn't hit the 170's at all this week. I just kept going in to the 170's. But this week I am happy because that didn't happen and I had a very minimal gain with TOM, so I am hoping to drop to 165 in a week or two.
I had smaller meals for breakfast and lunch and tried to cut back on the snacks.
I also walked an hour and a half each day except for today. I even did two hour and a half walks in one day. (One by myself because the dog couldn't take it) I also try to do the walking on an empty stomach which seems to help, like directly after work, (which is housecleaning), or first thing in the morning. So sheesh, I should lose something!

Today, 165 lb, down 1 from last week.
That said, I was 164 earlier this week, and went overboard with the salt last night, so I think that's more accurate...but I'll happily take 165. ;)

139 (down from 141 last week-end).
Now to work on not gaining back after yesterday evening's most delicious desserts... :lol:

Mother's Day I decided to step on the scale and I was down a pound to 165. I was very happy to see that. Of course today, I am back up but I don't care. The scale said 165 so it had to be 165!!! I didn't eat much over the weekend but it doesn't matter. It said 165 and I'm keeping it!! :-)

okay...I know I posted yesterday, but i just can't help it. I stepped on the scale last night before getting into the shower and my scale read 163.2!!! I may have been dehydrated from my workout at the gym (although I was drinking plenty of water during and after) but I still don't care. The scale actually said 163.2!!! I am so happy to finally be seeing some progress!!! (Of course, today is back up to 165.4 but still......)

Today is my first weigh in and I lost 6.8 pounds and am so very happy. I had a good week and am looking for a repeat. Sitting here waiting to see what the weather does!! They have severe thuderstorm warnings out for the next few hours and the wind is already doing its thing.
