Before going on SB, I would have all bran and one of those Danactive probiotic drinks with a bit of low fat milk. They seem high in carb/sugar content: 17 gms for that tiny bottle, but I'm wondering if the good outweighs the bad. Does anyone know the scoop on these?
They are definitely not OP for South Beach because of the sugar and corn starch. Sorry! I have ff yogurt with Fiber One for breakfast a lot but that will have to wait until Phase II. Remember that you CAN have yogurt on Phase I. Choose carefully.
