Excited about change!
I ordered a gym/swiss ball the other day and it just arrived!! I don't really have much time for exercise as I'm just finishing my uni career, so I'm constantly doing coursework, but as of next week, I have one exam to revise for and then I'm a free woman. I can't wait to try out the ball (will prob have a go later on today) and when the sun comes back I'm going to walk on the seafront and soak it up!
I feel like a weight will be lifted from my shoulders once all this work is out of the way and I can really concentrate on being healthy, no late nights writing essays, time to cook healthy balanced meals and no excuses for not working out.
I realise now that quick fixes and faddy diets won't work for me, or at least won't work for long and I'm really ready to embrace a revised lifestyle which includes exercise and time for me that doesn't include eating junk and feeling bad about it!
Bring on the summer and bring on change!!!
