Hi 3FC Friends,

We sold our house! Looks like we're moving within the next month. We're headed up to GA for the weekend to house hunt, so I won't be posting again until Sunday evening or Monday morning.

Congrats, be careful my last home i sold, wanted me out at closing, I packed the u haul and they said they no longer wanted it, the day before closing.....ughhhhhhhh

Good morning, Everyone! We are back in Florida after a very exhausting but exciting weekend. We did find our dream home, however, we need the builder to finish off the basement and put in a full bath with kitchenette for Mom-in-law. This is an absolute need!!! We are waiting to hear if our builder will accept our bid. Closing for the house we are living in now will be on the 30th of this month! Yikes.
